The home is tucked away in the development, allowing for quiet and privacy. It is recently renovated with a well-equipped kitchen including stainless steel appliances, a slow cooker, blender, waffle maker, and coffee station, as well as indoor and outdoor dining for 6. There is a propane grill on the rear patio or you may use the charcoal grill by the pool if you prefer. We have a full-size washer and dryer and provide beach-related items such as towels, a wagon, beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, and sand toys. The home has 2 bedrooms upstairs with a king-sized Sleep Number® bed, 2 twin beds; and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All sleeping spaces have room-darkening curtains. Per Regime/HOA rules, a maximum of 6 guests are allowed. A starter pack of items is provided by our cleaners as is standard in the area - 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, dishwasher packs, and soaps. If you need additional items, Kroger, Publix, and Walmart, and other shops are available on island. Please purchase travel insurance as per Airbnb's policy and our cancellation policy. There are no refunds for weather related cancellations.

- Maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be crated if you're not in the Villa. One large crate is provided. You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your pet. Any undisclosed pets will incur an additional fee of $500. Excessive barking can result in immediate cancellation with no refund. - Please respect our neighbors and observe the HHI mandated quiet hours of 10 pm - 7 am. Any violation of the noise ordinance may incur a citation from the local authorities at your expense. - We make all attempts to keep the home in excellent condition & working order. Should you discover any issues, please notify the host within 24 hrs so we may resolve them. - No glitter, confetti, or dye is allowed inside the villa. - No trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked on the property. - A signed guest agreement and photo ID are required. Note that this home is equipped with devices that monitor - but does not record - the environment inside the property (including noise levels(decibel monitor), temperature (thermostat), and motion(thermostat)) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. Up to 2 housebroken, well-behaved dogs are welcome, with a $125 fee. No other pets are allowed. Dogs must be crated when not with you. Our community has full-time residents so barking that disturbs the neighbors will require you to board your dog(s). For your protection, this home has exterior security cameras. These cameras record video and audio only when detecting movement. No tampering with, blocking, or disconnecting sensors, cameras, or wifi is allowed.
